📬 Quick heads-up if you don’t have a mailbox:

If you don’t have a standard home mailbox, be sure to enter your P.O. Box at checkout. This helps avoid delays or returns. Thanks for making the delivery smoother for everyone!


🕒 1. Order Processing Time

We process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.
Note: If you're in the U.S., USPS may take a few days to update tracking info after receiving the package. Don’t stress — just give it about a week to refresh.


🏡 2. Changing Your Shipping Address

Need to make a change to your shipping address? No problem — just email us at trackboundst@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • New shipping address

Please note: Once the order ships, we can't make any changes.


✈️ 3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

We offer free shipping worldwide 🌍
Shipping times vary by country and will be shown at checkout.

Keep in mind: Shipping may take longer during busy periods like holidays.
If you need something faster, send us an email — we’ll check if we can offer an express option at an additional cost. (No promises, but we’ll try!)


📦 4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package seems lost or stuck in transit, contact us at trackboundst@gmail.com.
We’ll get in touch with the carrier and investigate.

  • If your package is confirmed lost: we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

  • If your item arrives damaged: we’ve got your back — we’ll replace it or refund you ASAP.


🔁 5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Changed your mind?
No worries. You can return your item within 30 days as long as it’s:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Unopened

Once we receive it back, we’ll process a full refund of the product’s value.

5.2 Warranty claims
All our products come with a 3-month warranty.

To file a claim, contact us within 3 months of receiving the product.
Depending on the case, we may ask for photos/videos or request the product be sent back to us.

If approved, we’ll process the claim within 7 business days.
